Chilled cream cheese and cream (for better whipping, put the cream in the freezer for 10 minutes), beat the powdered sugar with a mixer, starting from the slowest speed mode, gradually increasing it to the maximum, for 6-7 minutes.

Cake assembly:

Line a round bowl with cling film on the inside. Put a little cream and berries on the bottom. The resulting biscuit is cut into small pieces and spread on a layer of cream with berries. Alternate layers of cream-berries-biscuit. We remove the cake in the refrigerator for stabilization for 2-3 hours.
