Summer is already blooming outside the window, but along with butterflies and the opening of the swimming season, heat awaits us. In order not to melt in the summer, the Homium team has prepared for you three refreshing smoothie recipes that will help you survive even in the hottest summer season.
And to make cooking recipes a pleasant and easy task, we have made a selection of home helpers who will become indispensable friends in any kitchen.
Smoothie with kiwi, avocado and mango
As ingredients for 2 servings we need:
- Kiwi — 2 pcs.
- Avocado — 1 pc.
- Mango — 100 gr.
- Banana — ½ piece
- Coconut milk — 100 ml.
- Flax and sesame seeds — optional
When we have collected all the necessary ingredients, let’s start cooking:
- We wash the fruits, peel them and cut them
- Put everything together in one bowl, add coconut milk
- Beat with a cappuccinatore or blender until smooth.
Ready! Even 5 minutes have not passed, and we are already well done — now you can serve it on the table. Before serving, we decorate our smoothie with pieces of fruit and sesame and flax seeds.
Our second recipe will be a simpler, but no less tasty smoothie recipe with frozen berries.
Banana smoothie with frozen berries
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- Banana — 4 pcs.
- Frozen berries — 200 gr.
- Milk — 3 tbsp. l.
For decoration, you can pick up granola, coconut flakes. Add fresh berries as desired. When we collect all the necessary ingredients, we start cooking!
- We peel the banana, cut it, put it in a zip bag and freeze for 20-30 minutes.
- In a deep bowl, mix the berries, milk and banana pieces, chopping the banana and berries with a blender or cappuccinatore
It remains only to serve — before serving, decorate the resulting smoothie with granola, coconut flakes, fresh berries and a smile)
And the last recipe for today:
Smoothie with peach and berries
For 3 servings, we need the following ingredients:
- Banana — 1 pc.
- Peaches — 300 g.
- Yogurt without additives — 180g.
- Seasonal berries — 120 g.
- Granola — 50 g.
All collected? Then let’s get started:
- We peel the banana, cut it, put it in a zip bag and freeze for 20-30 minutes.
- Now peel and cut the peaches into cubes.
- Blender time, berries, fruits and yogurt — put everything together and grind. You can serve! Don’t forget to garnish your smoothies with granola and seasonal berries.
