We will tell you about the optimal use of scented candles:
When burning a candle, always allow the wax to melt to the rim of the container. Depending on the size of the candle, we recommend burning it for 1 to 3 hours at a time. So your candle will keep a smooth, beautiful surface.
Extinguish the candle with a special cap or lid from the candlestick. After the flame has gone out, open the candle and let the smoke out so it doesn’t soak into the wax.
ALWAYS trim or break the wick to 3-5mm. This should be done before or after each use. Too large a wick can result in a large candle flame, which will speed up the burning time, and can also cause the candlestick to overheat and damage it. Be sure to check the size of the wick before lighting the candles!
Please burn the candle within sight and keep it away from flammable objects, as well as from your children and pets.
Keep foreign objects out of the candle, including matches and wick trimmings. Burn the candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
We do not recommend burning a candle for more than three hours in a row, because. this leads to too much wax melting, increased evaporation of the aroma, as well as burnt particles of the wick getting into the wax, which causes darkening of the wax. The next lighting of the candle is possible immediately after the wax has hardened, but do not forget to shorten the wick.
Stop using the candle when 5mm of wax is left in the candlestick. The candlestick can be washed with hot water and any dishwashing detergent, dried and reused.
Following all our recommendations, the candle will serve you for a long time and give you many cozy hours of burning!
