In terms of care, silicone is not too whimsical: accessories can be washed in a dishwasher with a mild detergent, and to remove fat, it is enough to boil the form for 10 minutes.

3. Ceramic molds

Ceramic models are more suitable for simmering in their own juice, so they often cook main dishes at a low temperature. Ceramic retains heat well and cools down for a long time, so dishes in this form keep the temperature for several hours. Nevertheless, such forms should be handled with care: ceramics are quite weighty, any careless movement is fraught with cracks and chips.

4. Glass molds

Any heat-resistant glass, except for borosilicate glass, does not withstand temperature extremes, however, after cooling, the form can be safely put in the refrigerator. The glass form is perfect for a spectacular presentation of a multi-layered cake. In addition, through the transparent case, you can trace the process of preparing a dessert.
