How to make a healthy drink from white clay


Most sources do not say how to properly use clay. With sediment or without? In the morning or evening? One spoon or two? Drink for a month, a year or all the time?

Today we will tell you how to use white kaolin clay correctly, as well as why we consider these methods to be absolutely correct and recommend that you follow this approach.

So, let’s begin!

One spoon or two?

It all depends on the effect you want to get, and on general well-being.
If your goal is to cleanse the body or lose weight, then we recommend starting the first week with 1 tsp. (dilute in 1 glass of water) 1 time per day (in the morning) 30 minutes before meals, the second week — 1 tsp, but already 2 times a day, morning and evening. Third week — 1.5-2 tsp. twice a day.

In case of poisoning (food, alcohol) — 3-4 tsp. dissolve in a glass of water and drink.
During pregnancy (as a remedy for toxicosis) — 0.5 tsp. 1 time per day after meals (1 trimester), 0.5 tsp. 2 times a day (2nd trimester), 1/4 tsp. 2 times a day after meals (3rd trimester).
For convenience, we always recommend using a carafe for steeping. Kaolin water can be stored in a decanter for up to 3 days at room temperature.

With sediment or without?

Sediment is not as important for ingestion as alkaline clay water itself. The sediment is used only in case of diarrhea, temporary disorders of the stool. Here we can draw an analogy with the brewing of medicinal herbs, which also change the physico-chemical parameters of water that affect the human body, while we do not use the brewed grass itself. If you are confident in the manufacturer of kaolin, then the sediment will not harm you if you use it (it’s just that many people like it). If the kaolin is poorly cleaned (crunches on the teeth, has the smell and taste of chalk), then you have come across industrial kaolin that has not been completely cleaned of sand and is heavily contaminated with calcium carbonate (chalk) impurities. Such kaolin can be called «surface» rather than «deep».

How long to infuse a drink?

There are two options:
— 1 tsp pour hot water (60-65 degrees) and insist for 30 minutes;
— in the same proportions, but pour water at room temperature and leave overnight.

Before meals or after?

There is only one case when clay is drunk AFTER a meal — this is pregnancy. In other cases — before meals.

In the morning or evening?

If you are planning to lose weight, then the clay should be drunk in the morning 30 minutes before meals and before going to bed.
For diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, it is better to drink clay in the morning.

Can you mix clay with food?

Can. But if it is fresh vegetables or fruits (can be mixed with infusions of your favorite herbs, juices and smoothies).

How long can you drink?

Here everything is individual: from a few weeks to a permanent reception. The course is usually 3-4 weeks. Focus on your feelings and well-being.
