Start caring for your child’s oral cavity as early as possible: from the very first tooth.
Wash your new toothbrush with soap and dampen the bristles with warm water before brushing your teeth.
Apply toothpaste to the bristles. For children aged 0 to 3, choose a toothpaste free of fluoride and foaming agents. Apply literally one «pea».
Brush your teeth twice a day, in the morning after breakfast and in the evening before bed.
The correct movements of the brush are sweeping and circular, from the gum to the tip of the tooth. You need to clean both the outer and inner surfaces of the teeth, and the cutting and chewing surfaces should be cleaned at the end of the procedure.
Rinse your mouth with water. Rinse the brush. Regular oral hygiene affects a child’s first impressions of going to the dentist. When the rules are followed, visits to the doctor are reduced to preventive examinations only.
