The fact is that in addition to regular exercise and increased activity, it is important to monitor nutrition, because, as you know, only 20% of the result is achieved in the gym, and the remaining 80% in the kitchen. Ordinary and herbal teas help in this difficult task, which reduce appetite, speed up metabolism, remove swelling and calm nerves.

Choosing the basis of tea for weight loss

As a rule, when choosing tea for weight loss, its base plays the most important role. You can choose from three options:

Black tea. A drink based on it contains vitamins of groups A, B, C, P and K, as well as amino acids, theine and pectin, due to which immunity is increased, body cells are renewed faster and brain activity is enhanced.

Tonic. Mix 4 parts of ordinary, and preferably willow-tea, 2 parts of linden flowers, 1 part of alfalfa. Pour 2 tablespoons of the resulting mixture into 1 liter of hot water and leave for 5-10 minutes. Drink 200 ml 30-40 minutes before meals.
Calming. Mix 2 parts rose hips and 1 part tea, chamomile, mint and burdock root. Pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture with 0.5 liters of boiling water, let it brew for 20 minutes. The drink is perfect for evening tea drinking.
Teas bring undoubted benefits in losing weight, but you should not abuse them. It is better to drink them in courses with mandatory weekly breaks. And most importantly, fragrant leaf tea is not a panacea for excess weight, so do not forget about regular exercise and a healthy moderate diet.
