It is the emulsifier that turns ordinary oil into a hydrophilic one. Due to this, hydrophilic oil, mixing with water, turns into milk, which is completely washed off the skin.
Like dissolves like, which means that the hydrophilic oil dissolves any fat-soluble compounds, including sebum (sebum), sebum plugs in the pores (blackheads) and waterproof makeup.

5. Rinse off the oil and make-up residue with warm water, and then proceed to washing with your usual means, or repeat washing with hydrophilic oil in a «wet» way.

Washing «wet» way:

1. On wet skin with wet hands, apply a little hydrophilic oil or rub the oil in wet palms until milk is obtained and wash it in the usual way for you.
