Find your best time
What it means? It’s very simple: observe yourself for a while and determine when you are most productive. It can be both morning and evening. Or maybe you feel the urge to conquer the world at lunch? Figure it out and plan the most important things for this time. In no case do not spend it on social networks or TV. Remember that this is your superpower, which cannot be neglected.
Limit your to-do list
When it comes to time management, focus on one thing at a time. Start small: make a list for everything you plan to do this week. Then make a priority list of things: from the most important to the least important. Instead of 20 tasks, plan the 6 most important ones for the week. This will allow you not to feel guilty about the pile of unfinished tasks that so often await you at the end. Focus on a small number and promise to do them, no matter what it costs you. But an important detail: these should be things that will contribute to achieving the greatest results. That is why understanding your priorities is your first priority.
